Parent and Me Classes Age 2.5 - 4

Our Parent and Me Jiu-Jitsu class is designed for children ages 2.5 to 4 years old to experience the world of jiu-jitsu alongside their parent or caregiver. This fun and interactive class focuses on helping young children develop essential physical skills, such as balance, full-body coordination, and movement awareness. Through playful activities and age-appropriate techniques, your child will build a strong foundation for future independent jiu-jitsu classes, all while bonding with you!

This class is the perfect way to introduce your child to the basics of martial arts in a supportive and engaging environment, where they’ll gain confidence, improve motor skills, and have fun! No prior experience is needed for either the parent or the child.

Mini Leaf Jiu Jitsu Class Age 4 - 6

Our Mini Leafs Jiu Jitsu class is designed for kids aged 4 to 6 and focuses on building confidence, balance, and body coordination. This program helps children develop essential life skills like bully prevention, movement awareness, and focus while boosting self-esteem in a fun, supportive environment.

Through interactive lessons, your child will improve physical fitness, concentration, and discipline—all while having a great time learning self-defense techniques tailored for their age group.


Classes are offered for our Minis 4x a week


Mon, Tu, Wed, & Thurs: 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM

Junior Leafs Jiu Jitsu Class (7-15 yrs)

Our Junior Leafs Jiu Jitsu class is designed for teens aged 7 to 15 who are looking to build confidence, physical fitness, and important life skills. In this class, students will learn valuable techniques to prevent bullying and protect themselves, while also developing a belief in their own strength and abilities. Through fun, engaging lessons, participants will improve their balance, full-body coordination, and movement awareness.

This program is perfect for sprouting teens who want to sharpen their focus, increase their self-esteem, and gain the mental and physical tools to thrive.


Classes are held for our Juniors 4x a week:


Mon, Tu, Wed, & Thurs: 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM
